Holistic Movement Therapy
Group
Holistic movement classes are for women who seek a better mind & body connection for dealing with physical and emotional issues such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, etc. The classes are a somatic and creative movement experience—no professional background is necessary.
Throughout the sessions, you will expand your movement capabilities, increasing emotional, physical, and mental capacities in daily life:
Strengthening muscles, skeletal mobility, and movement capacities
Physical balance, posture, and weight shifting
Emotional expression through dance
Release of pain and stagnation
Emphasis on orientation skills dancing with music and rhythm
Group dynamics - relationships in movement
Three months (12 sessions): 720 nis.
Trial class: 60 sh.

Creative Dance for women over 60
The classes are intended for young-spirited women aged 60+. Basic background required.
The classes combine the enjoyment of movement & music in a dynamic group, learning essential movement skills for this age.
Strengthen your body while increasing emotional, physical, and mental capacities in daily life:
Balance, posture, and weight shifting
Orientation in space, directions, transitions.
Strengthening muscles, skeletal mobility, and movement capacities
Dancing with music and rhythm
Group dynamics - relationships in movement
The activity is by the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
