Holistic Movement Therapy

This holistic therapy is suitable if you connect to dance or feel that you need more movement in your life. As a dance-improvisation teacher and therapeutic movement practitioner, I use various movement techniques for resilience and healing of the mind & body relationship.

One-hour private sessions focus on your needs which might include the following:
